Manual Lymphatic Drainage Diploma
Lymphatic drainage is a holistic approach to promoting a healthy lymphatic system. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is completely different from any other massage techniques. It is a gentle, flowing and rhythmic massage and the therapist uses specialized techniques to enhance the lymph flow. The lymphatic system is responsible to removing toxins and Manual lymphatic drainage assists with the removal of those toxins including: metabolic wastes and excess fluids.
Other benefits of MLD include helping with skin disorders, anxiety, stress and fatigue, toxin removal, hayfever, sinus congestion, migraines and digestive disorders.
This one day course is designed for those holding a qualification in anatomy and Physiology as well as a recognised massage qualification.
