Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT)
VTCT is a Government approved Awarding Body offering National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) and other vocationally related qualifications (VRQs). VTCT has been in existence for over forty years and has been at the forefront of developing the vocational system of qualifications in the United Kingdom. IIHHT (International Institute of Health & Holistic Therapies) qualifications are internationally recognised external qualifications awarded by VTCT.
The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT)
The FHT is the largest and leading professional association for therapists in the UK and Ireland. With thousands of members offering a broad range of specialisms - from sports and remedial therapies, to complementary healthcare and holistic beauty treatments - the FHT is the association of choice for professional therapists.
The Guild of Holistic Therapists
Launched in 1994, The Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists (GPBT) is the UK's biggest professional beauty trade body. The Guild has over 5,000 members who are all fully qualified beauty and holistic therapists. All Members of the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists / Guild of Holistic Therapists (GHT) work to a strict code of ethics.

Complementary Medical Association
The Complementary Medical Association (CMA) is a not-for-profit organisation which means that any funds raised, through membership fees, book and product sales or donations are invested straight back into the organisation. Part of their work consists of referring public and conventional medics alike to CMA registered practitioners so that they can be assured that treatment will be delivered by a highly qualified, insured practitioner who adheres to a strict Code of Ethics and disciplinary procedure. In addition, the CMA is able to help members of the public who wish to train in the complementary medical field to access bonafide training courses
The Institute for Learning (IFL)
The Institute for Learning is the professional body for teachers, trainers, tutors and student teachers in the Learning and Skills sector. IFL raise the status of teaching practitioners across the sector. Under the 2007 Regulations, IFL provide the mechanism by which teachers register and progress through to Licensed Practitioners. All Registered Teachers will be members of IfL. All Solace Tutors have a recognised teaching qualification and consequently are registered with IFL to ensure best practice and professionalism.
