VTCT Level 2 Award in Thermal Auricular Therapy (QCF)Thermal Auricular Therapy or Ear Candling is used to treat common ear, nose and throat conditions such as balance problems, excessive wax, migraines, headaches, sinusitis and ear, nose and throat infections. It is also a wonderfully relaxing and de-stressing treatment. Hopi ear candling, as it is also known, originates from the Hopi Indians of North America. This qualification will develop the knowledge and skills that students need to perform ear candling treatments on clients. This course covers both practical and theory aspects of the treatment. This Course includes essential Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology Diploma and Health, Safety, Security and Employment Standards which will require you to complete a project and attend a multiple choice exam. Please note that if you already hold this qualification you do not have to repeat but will be required to produce evidence and sit the exam.
