Terms & Conditions of Booking

Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total course fee is required to confirm and reserve your specified course/s. All deposits are non-refundable without 14 days notice of cancellation, but can be re-applied to another course. The balance of the course fees are payable prior to commencement of the first course date.

Refund policy
A notice period of 14 days is required for canceling a Course to apply for a refund. No refunds will be issued in the event of a student failing to attend a confirmed course.

Cancellation
It may be necessary for Solace Holistic Training Academy to reschedule or cancel a course due to any unforeseen circumstances, upon which a booking has been made. If the reschedule dates of the course are not convenient to you, Solace Holistic Training Academy’s liability will be limited to a refund of the course fees or deposits paid.

Privacy Policy
Any information that you provide remains at the Sole discretion of Solace Holistic Training Academy. Details will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be shared or disclosed to a third party.

Confirmation/ Delivery
Confirmation in writing will be sent to you upon booking your Course.

Suitability
Although Solace Holistic Training Academy is pleased to provide advice, it is the course applicants responsibility, having referred to relevant sources of course information, to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements.

Health & Safety
All students are required to observe and abide by all the policies regarding health and safety and any other regulation set out by The Beauty & Holistic Academy.
