During training, you will be visually and verbally assessed throughout on your practical and theoretical work and given a training manual to support your learning. After training, you will be required to undertake a number of case studies and assignments in your own time. All your work will be recorded in a portfolio which upon completion will be verified. You will also be required to return to the centre by arrangement to be observed carrying out an assessment of a client and to submit your portfolio. Tutor support and contact is given throughout the course.

This Course includes essential VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Health, Safety, Security and Employment Standards D1120 (VR02/VR74) which will require you to complete a project and attend a multiple choice exam. Please note that if you already hold this qualification and it is valid (within last 3 years) you do not have to repeat but will be required to produce evidence.
